I recieved my invitations and would like to add an additional personal hand written note regarding if the guest would like to come dressed with the 50's theme or as is their prefrence. Any ideas of how i should word this? I would like it to be worded so thay my guest have their choice and not my preference... thanks

And remember, come dressed anyway you like ........ as long as it was fashionable between 1950 and 1960.
