you think they're putting off ALL the stuff they're STILL doing for katrina just for baggy pants? no! some people just dont like seeing people's exposed butt-cracks. i think its a great idea to ban them. and for those "gangstas" who wear those baggy pants: GET A LIFE. and a belt.
