i always can't focused while doing my job expesially reading , while im reading i always thinking about sex of course when im alone , and also when lecturer teach i draw on the book or paper a picture like flower , human face and many thing . my answer is how to make me focused on my reading and my study and not doing and thinking about such as that thing ??

Take omega 3 fish oils. they help boost concentration :)

Whoa! It sounds to me as though you are trying, but perhaps too hard. Many people like to doodle during a lecture; it allows the mind to focus. Me, I like some of my favorite music when reading. My wife can't figure it out; if she talks (or anyone else) I lose my concentration, but with background music, I am good to go.
It is your subconscious that does the learning; your conscious mind alerts you to danger, to what is going on around you, but often keeps the subconscious from doing its job.
Allow yourself to doodle FREE-STYLE, don't focus on it, allow your mind to grasp on the task at hand (lectures, reading).

Try picturing yourself in that particular story you are reading. Make it come alive by changing it in your head.
