the only thing u can get from the chemist is something call motilium 10, this is recommeded for nausea, bloating etc, ask your pharmacist if its suitable for u, but u should go to see yr doc to find out why ur feeling sick, any chance u could be pregnant? if so u shouldnt take anything. if the doctor checks u and finds nothing wrong there are tablets they can prescribe for you. travel sickness tablets are only licenced to be sold for that purpose and if the pharmacist finds out its not for that then they will (or should ) refuse to sell them. depending on the cause of the nausea they may not work for it anyway.

Probably if you continue with this some evaluation may be in order. In the short term he can probably order you some promethazine or prochlorperazine from the pharmacy, both are effective for simple nausea and mild vomiting.

There are anti nausea and sickness drugs available as my mum gets given them to counter the possible sickness side affects of her chemo. go to your docs and find out why you feel sick, not just a quick fix with a pill!

Ginger root is good to stop you feeling sick. It was given to sailors to combat seasickness. It is safer than drugs and can be bought in capsule form from health shops. Good Luck.
