I am going with a couple of friends to Panama next week. We are looking for something to do other than just hang out at the beach. Any good shopping outlets or spas or other fun activities?

Silver Sands factory stores in Sand Destin (west of Panama City 45 minutes on US 98 ) is one of the largest outlets you will find. As far as other activities, most will be centered around beach activities. Try a cruise to Shell Island on the Ashley Gorman or a shuttle from St Andrews State Park. Eat at Shuck-Ums Oyster Bar or the Boatyard in PCB.Toucans in Mexico Beach is also a good choice. You can also go on snorkeling trips through Panama City Dive Center. Have Fun!
