Hey, that's a very interesting question. I used to feel that way a lot when I was younger - very self concious. And oddly, I wasn't wrong often., because I would catch people talking to me later about something I had done, and they were not with me and must have been watching.
But, here it is: everyone is watching everyone, all the time. People do that. It's human nature.
The difference is that you are simply very sensitive to picking up on all of this. The term is called clairscentient (which means sensitivity to spirit feeling ). It just means you may be aware of things around you that others are not. If you can pick up on people's thoughts, that's a sure sign as well. There's a book (almost 80 years old) back in print that might explain it for you; called "Communication with the Spirit World of God - It's Laws and Purpose" - by Johannes Greber (amazon $12). It's the "Laws and Purpose" chapters that might interest you. Keep in mind, it is spiritual, but not religious. It has some very scientific answers, and how to understand yourself and your environment. Nothing to be scared of, or paranoid...

I'm a bit confused with this question. Is this a poem you wrote, or is this a question that has a bit of wit to it? Anyway, you're worry of people watching you is not true at all! If you feel that people are indeed watching you, then just think that it's not true. You're brain is saying that people are, but you need to remember that it's all in your head. A psychologist could help you with this problem of yours, and I would advise doing that as soon as possible, alright?
