Can computers on a domain see computers on a workgroup? I need to slowly migrate our large workgroup to a domain, but I'm wondering if a pc on a domain (Win XP) can see a 2003 Server on a workgroup. Thanks!

Yes they can. The domain computers/users will be able to see the workgroup that is connected to the network. Accessing the workgroup computers will be a matter of setting permissions on each individual workgroup computer.
That only solves half the issue of management though. Any server left in the workgroup will NOT be able to replicate server functions (DNS/AD/DHCP) with the domain unless you configure both sides to trust eachother, and even then you'll only be able to co-operate a small number of functions like DHCP. Even then though, you don't want the workgroup server issuing DHCP addresses unless you dedicate it a pool and allocate it only to remaining workgroup members to avoid conflicts. AD and DNS will not replicate because they are not forest members (workgroups cannot be added to an AD forest).
The server can share out resources such as files and directories if that is your concern, but management will be much more hands on that what is realistically sustainable.

Yes they can, however a Novell network can't see an MS Workgroup.
