At home we had a lot of classical, and on the radio we had Queen, Abba, Beatles, Rolling Stones, Hollies and everything popular from the 60s onwards. We were a big family, so we heard everyone's choices. You might call it a broad musical education.

Well, my parents loved listening to country music, mostly the old stuff. And we also had Elvis and the oldies which was fun. I listened to Duran Duran, A-ha, Tears for Fears, Madonna, Journey, Bryan Adams, Bon Jovi, Metallica, Motley Crue, Candlebox, Poison, Def Leppard... the 80's.

u2 simpleminds beatles stones floyd and oh my god one instance that involved cliff richard thank god they realised quite quickly that it was a mistake.
