Need help with my recliner....?

We recently bought this recliner from Haverty's

All the recliners except one in it go into a total 180 degree position. But one goes only 120 degrees. Is there a way to repair this??
We bought it from their outlet stores and hence I cannot complain. I did not notice this flaw when we picked it up, when we came home, we experienced this..Please help..

Put it in the reclined position and look at the metal bars on each side that fold up when the chair is in the upright position. These can get bent and restrict full opening.
