My health visitor said cheese is ok from 7 months. Egg yolk is ok as long as it is hard boiled, not runny.
I use lots of cheese with my baby's food as its full of calcium and the fats that she needs.
We do scrambled egg on toast with grated cheese on top.
Also veg mushed up with grated cheese in, she loves this.
Pasta and cheese too.
Your baby can have almost anything now except salt, honey and nuts. You can use full fat milk in their cereal and in cooking.
Just wanted to add that even though my baby has cheese everyday she's never suffered with constipation but she has 10oz or more water a day so maybe this stops constipation.

i would see no problem in giving these foods to your son once you have tried him on it! try on food at a time and only try a little amount after you have tried one food wait a few days to make sure no allergic reactions come from feeding the food then introduce the other food ect until you have tried all of the foods and if there were no problems then continue feeding as a meal
one thing i will note egg whites can be introduced from 1 yr onwards!
for a recipe i would suggest making
a scrambled egg with cheese
or you could also use the cheese and put some puree'd veggies mixed up into an omelette
for when he is older you could also think of making some veggie cakes with cheese what you do is put all the veggies you want into a bowl add the cheese then add the egg yolk mix together then shape into cakes then fry!

or something on that line just dont use any spices or salt

Hi,so long as the egg is fully cooked and the meat it well done then its totally fine.My daughter isnt fond of egg but the children i look after at work like this-take an oven proof dish and crack however many egg into it(usually2 per person). Then grate either mature white chedder or applewood smoked chedder over the eggs. Then add a splash of milk(doesnt matter if its full fat, semi or fully skimmed) and try to cover the eggs and cheese but not so they are drenched.Cook it in the oven at 200c for about 20mins,until it has turned into a kind of ommlatte texture(not hard but not runny, kind of wobbly!)Add a little black pepper and it done! Im sure this will go down well.Do you have a hand held food blener because you can blitz up anything and give it to your son to get him used to the flavours without worrying about him choking on meat etc.

My doc told me no eggs until after a year because many babies have allergies to them when they are small. If your baby is allergic he could have a very bad life-threatening reaction. It's not worth it to me anyway to take that risk. Cheese is very constipating, I would wait on that too. Meat you can either puree up yourself or buy in the baby aisle. Try some meat and some vegies.

my baby loves scrambled egg with cheese (had it from 6 months) also with toast 'soldiers' to chew on. His favourite food now is baby fish pie, and i make it with white fish and vegetables, mixed with a bechamel sauce with cheese in. He also loves mixed up spaghetti bolognese, with a bit of cheese. He even chews on chunks of cheddar cheese on its own. Cheese is good for calcium and healthy bones and teeth, but can also be quite salty. Always best to check with your peadeatrician before introducing new foods. good luck!

I tried scrambled eggs, then scrambled eggs with cubed ham, then scrambled eggs with cheese.

The girls liked all three, but the ham's a favorite.

If your baby is not used to any of these foods...I would only try one at a time. That way you know if they have an allergic reaction and what the cause.
