Why is it that when I've got money, I have no time to spend it. But when I've got time to kill, I've got no money with which to do it?

Odd how they seem to work against each other !!
I'm sure that guy NEWTON is behind it all, him and
all his LAWS !! LOL !!

You're not quite right - it's not an inverse relationship, it's a complimentary one. Time IS money, remember. So assume we need to conserve the total amount:
Time + money = k
Therefore, if money(t) > money(0), time(t) < time(0)
