because people are just curious and sometimes people down load pictures on the net all the time, but all they have to do is look at you 360...lol...I love this picture of you though

It looks like that picture was put through photoshop, and it was altered so there is more red. This gives the picture the look of being fake, or at least not real.

Because it is really a cool picture...one that doesn't necessarily look like a real photo of you. That's all. Consider their asking a very wonderful compliment.
