its hard to pinpoint exactly when you are ovulating, but you can sometimes tell by your discharge....if it's kind of like ( i know this is gross) the texture of a booger then that's a sign of ovulation...and also when you feel a pain down where your ovaries are then that is also a sign of ovulation.

They have tests out now, much like pregnancy tests, that you can take to find out what your ovulation cycle is and when you are ovulating.

i can tell because my discharge gets so much thicker and there's much more of it.
