One way you can find out is to check the listing of OB/GYNs in TX at either: http://www.ama-assn.org (click on the Physician Finder and then click on the information for by specialty in your area of TX) or at: http://www.acog.org (click on Find a Physician which will then take you to a map of the U.S.) for a listing of doctors. After you find a couple of names you can then call the local Medicaid office or check on the TX State Board of Medicine site to find out which of the doctors you have in mind take Medicaid.

I found I could also get this information from my home State's Medical Board.
