Umm you could like fold them inside and put stiches in them, that could be cut out later.. but that'll look kinda cheap. Why don't you just go get them hemed and buy a new pair when your taller?

Well you can always take the hem out if you go to a tailro. I have done that before with my perfect pair of CK jeans. Also, you can just cuff them under and safety pin them so you dont see the majority of the bulky pin.

Easiest answer is to simply fold them up from the bottom (either to the outside or to the inside). They look fine, even fashionable. The only problem is that they can wear at the fold point, if you are not careful; and will eventually show a fade line where you fold them.

You could get them hemmed...you can have it done by someone or if you know someone who can sew really well, they could probably do it for you.
