I hope no one gets huffed!

I just want to know, what are the names used commonly in our daily lives to call other people.

For example, if you are fat, others may call you a pig. Likewise, if you are impatient and not well tempered, others may call you a bull. If you are obsessed with girls, people may call you a pervert.

What is the general nickname for a rough and tough man, or person a criminal like a robber or murderer?

What do you call a man who is a slob and gets drunk every day?

Likewise, what is the general nickname for a menial woman who is not well mannered. She speaks loudly, perhaps vulgar, crude.

What do you also call a woman who is a snob who enjoys being praised and respected?

What about a woman who sleeps around or strays?

What are the nicknames used?

Just asking! No ill intentions intended.

A rough and tough man-Tiny, A criminal-thug, A drunken slob-a bohemith, A vulgar crude woman-trucker trash, A snob always looking for praise-a selfish tightwad not worth the energy spent, A woman who sleeps around and strays-icky slut, that is just a few that come to mind, fortunately I don't have to use these words on a regular basis-but you asked and there we have it! Toodles!!

Nicknames are not usually so cruel. A friend is not going to call you PIG as a nickname. They might call you "little"--Think of Robin Hood's companion, Little John.

The point of a nickname is that it is given by a friend, so it is usually not harsh, and it is very personal. A nickname is a name a friend uses.

You describe these people with such hostility, you're not talking of friends. It sounds like you're looking for a rude epithet to call them behind their back, not a nickname.

Because your friends don't call you pig, pervert or bull. You might call a stubborn person pig-headed or hard-headed. (but that's not a nickname, and its not really an insult. It would be worse to call someone a quitter.)

A rough guy could be called a hood or a thug, especially if he throws his weight around as a bully, and engages in criminal acts.

A slovenly woman might be called a slattern.

A drunk man might be called a sot.

A rude man or an insensitive one might be called a neanderthal, or a throwback.

A crude woman might be a fishwife.

An unfaithful woman might be a hussy, trollop or wench.

But please remember these are not nicknames. They are too rude to be nicknames. They're almost verbal assaults that you wouldn't use in real life; and if you're nice, you wouldn't use them behind someone's back either. You're more likely to find them in a book.
