Yes, the answer is water. The dish soap idea is also not a bad idea, but be careful to only use in a hose end sprayer. I think the ratio is 2 tablespoons to one gallon of water.

Try mixing some white vinegar and water together (50-50) and spraying it where the smell is. The vinegar will neutralize the odor, but won't hurt your lawn:)
***I can NOT believe you got one answer that said dog pee doesn't smell!!! LOL

Dog urine doesnt smell. Cat pee smells. If you detect an odor, it may be
1. Cat pee
2. Mushroom or steer fertilizer smell (lawns get fertilizers to make them stay green)
3. Other fertilizer smells
