Statistics says yes.
If you are a "super-fertile" person, There most definitely is a chance of getting pg with "tied" tubes. Sometimes even if the tubes have been cut they can grow back together. I suppose it depends on the type of surgery and cut/tie technique used. Sounds freaky, it is uncommon, but it DOES happen. Some people are just SO fertile that tubal litigation and vasectomies just don't work. Eggs still find there way to the uterus, and the sperm still gets there.

There is noway for you to get pregnant without reversal of the procedure. A pregnancy can not take place NATURALLY without the tubes functioning to deliver the egg to the uterus. Surgically is the only option for a natural pregancy and the reversal rates are about 80% corrected.
Good luck and talk to your OB/ GYN about all of your options. If you can't talk to her or him you need to find a doctor that you feel comfortable with in order to get the best care for you.

No the surgery is a permanent procedure. You would have to get the reversed surgery to become pregnant.

no. your eggs cannot be reached by sperm on a natural level.
They can be removed and fertalized and in inserted back into your body though. But its pricey.
