If you're going to the mall, you should wear a nice top & mini-skirt or tight jeans and a pair of sandals or heels. Take your time on your make-up, hair & nails too, try to look like the other girls your age that are at the mall. Then once you get to the mall, do some shopping, try on different clothes and get a bite to eat, but make sure you get yourself a nice outfit for the next time you go out dresed up.
