Which band do you like better? I love the Beatles, they're my favorite band ever. I like the Stones but not as much as the Beatles.

I like both, but for me it's no contest. The Beatles are, in my opinion, the greatest band in rock's history. They just did so much, from bubble gum pop to the fifties ballad sound to psychadelia, to even some really intense rock songs, to all of it mixed together. I swear there is even a hip-hop element to I Am The Walrus. They did it all and they did it great, even aside from the case that they did many things first as well. To the best that I can tell they even invented the music video. Tunes they made 35-40 years ago are still stylistically relevant today. The Stones are great, but it's hard to argue with that.

The Beatles hands down. The Rolling Stones aren't good enough to be compared to the Beatles.

I have more music by the Beatles so I'd have to say I like them better. But if I listened to the Rolling Stones more, I might like them better.
