Rent or housekeeping? Which one? Also, it depends on a huge number of factors:
1. Location
2. Needs
3. Whether or not you want utilities included
Someone in NY will pay around $900 a month for rent, whereas someone where I live only pays about $425 on average for a 2-bedroom with no cable or any other extras. We cannot help you based on the criteria you have provided.

Are you asking about having maid service and the price of that? Depends. The size of the house. Where you live at. How long it would take going with a franchise business your going to pay more then an independent cleaner.

Because your 19 makes no difference what the labor charge is house keeping... One day keeper to wash dishes---laundry---clean and dust could run as much as $200 for the day...or more. Depends on where you live and the size of the rental...
