As long as you get the correct size, very very very easy. Pull pins, push door hinges apart.

With all due respect, "EASY" is relative.
Possible,,, certainly.
Is this a door that has hardware? Is this a PRE-hung? Is there hardware in existnnce and this is a replacement? Will you need to ADD or SUBTRACT framing to fit the door?
The door frame should be plumb and level. The new hanging, should be as well. If you're creating a space in a wall to allow a door to be hung, there are shims available, to accomplish FIT/etc.
It may be that you'll have to do a double stud on at least the Hinged side, for a cut and install of a new door. A double LINTEL is advisable.
No offense at all, but a bit more detail would help us.

It depends on how far you are going on the replacement. If all you are doing is installing at the hinges, then all you have to do is match the size of the door, and get you hinges in the right location.
If you are also replacing the door frame, then it gets a little tricky. Most likely you will need shims.
Tools: level, square, measuring tape (hammer & nails) or (screw runner & screws).
DYI DOC is right, even though someone gave him a thumb down.

It is not easy if you have to install hinges, door locks, and striker plates. The job requires special tools to do it neatly and correctly. Even hanging pre-hung doors is not a job for beginners,no offense but I would get help.

Not too hard. But I would have a friend help and use a level, shims and screws.
