How much do different credit card companies charge merchants for transactions?

Does anybody have a link to show how much each credit card company charges a merchant per transaction? I know its usually $1 + 1-5% but I was wondering if I could get a list of all of them.

I don't believe you can find a published list, because this is competitive information. And, it's the banks that charge the fees.
