as you approach the speed of light, your mass will be increasing exponentially and time will stretch out forever. you will never be able to come back. hope you packed lunch, it'll be a long trip.

I assume "you" are a massless photon. What will happen is, no time will pass for you during your travel. It will be as if you instantaneously jumped 2 seconds into the future.

Unfortunately, "you" won't live to enjoy it. As a massless photon, you will cease to exists as soon as you stop. This is true of anything that travels at the speed of light.

As a human being (with mass), the best you can hope to do is approach the speed of light without ever quite achieving it. For example, you could go 99.999% of the speed of light. At that speed, your 2-second trip would feel like only about 1/100 second to you. If you add more 9's to your speed, the time you experience would get ever shorter and shorter; but it would never be "instantaneous."

you would be transported 2 seconds into the future, thats all. You would notice not time elapsed, but everyone else would.
