Hello You,
I don't seem to get much unexpected free time nowadays, though I suppose the time I spend on YA is time I SHOULD be working so I'm cheating really. But then again, it gives my tired brain a bit of a break from what I'm concentrating on and they do say a change-is-as-good-as-a-rest.
What I really really love doing is losing myself in a good novel. It's a while since I've done that. I love to read and it's a long time since I've relaxed to classical music. Too long in fact because that's what I would be doing if I had a few hours to spare. oh and I take regular breaks to take Lola for walks in the field but that's something she really needs so it's a part of my normal daily schedule.
Have a lovely day my dear friend,
Polly

If it is so unexpected to have a little free time... you must relax and rest your mind! There are many ways of doing so... Some like to do some light reading, some paint, some just lay down and relax..., some shop, some take a nice stroll in a nice park and breath in nature... take you pick or make your own!
If unexpected free time is important enough to wonder what to do with it... you definitely need some time for yourself to R&R!

I usually clean! That's what I did today- the kids were being awesome playing by themselves- getting along really good, so I took the opportunity to clean some of those places that aren't a part of my usual daily cleaning. I ended up taking everything off the walls in the kitchen and the living room, rearranged everything, and cleaned the walls. It felt great. :)
If the kids are in bed and I'm in the mood to relax, though, I usually read a book, take a hot bath, watch a movie, or get on Answers for a bit. :)

I quickly run through in my mind all the things I would really love doing but never have time for, assess how much free time is available, and pick whatever will fit the time frame.

Tonight, it was "tracking down a very special gift for my granddaughter's birthday on the internet". After a couple of hours, I found something really spectacular.

It should really be a free time...like I shouldn't be doing anything - just feeling FREE. So, I'll sit there on a bench facing the blue sea and watch the sun set while listening to some great relaxing music.

Well I would have to say first answering this question, but typically I would have to say masturbate. After doing so, I will have a wonderful day or night. :)

...woodworking...I love it...or visit my Dad in the nursing home...play with my pets...read the Bible...I'm trying to research the 407 times "Heaven" is mentioned in the Bible...
...another contact asked a question in R&S wondering what living in Heaven will be like...I really have no idea...so I'm going to try and read up on it
