Maybe you taste bad?
Different things you eat & drink can drastically affect the flavour.
If you want her to swallow it then cut out garlic, coffee, smoking.
Try drinking plenty of pineapple or orange juice or even try ginger. All of those will make it taste sweeter to her. Also drink plenty of water to keep yourself well hydrated as that makes a difference too.
Also it depends what part of the tongue it hits first. It's high in sugar content, but if you get the back of the tongue first, no matter how sweet it is she will only be able to taste sour. If you get the front of the tongue chances are it'll taste better to her!
Try warning her that you're close so she's ready for it too...my girlfriend tells me that she prefers to know in advance that she's about to get a mouthful!

Hey, back off man. It's her choice and her decision if she even puts in in her mouth. You wouldn't dream of forcing a piece of cake down her throat, now would you? Swallowing can be a sacred act of love, but not the way you're approaching it. If you want a sacred act of love, start by lovingly asking and then giving her the choice of whether or not to give. Whats the actual difference ? Why would it matter? The fact that there is something to / or not to swallow means you've had a good time.
Would it make you feel more like a man if she did? Do you need to be in charge?
Maybe she decided to use it on her skin instead - supposed to be good for you!!

What's FFS? This is beyond my usual realm of answers.....however I love my husband and do that....in the past with a boyfriend that I didn't love heart and soul...I didn't...it seemed gross to me. The difference? For me it was the degree of love.

maybe she doesnt like the taste of it ! and she doesnt wont to get sick alot of girls dont swallow thats not the main deal about that ! as long as you get off thats all that matters ! the swallowing shouldnt be a issue!
