I don't know what it is, but some feel the need to compete and be nasty to other women and some aren't very nice to the guys either. I try to get along with everyone, but some just won't let that happen. I honestly think they may feel they have to be that way for some reason... just wish they weren't like that.

It's the reason a room full of women working together can be ruined by just one of the above. Men would pretty much ignore her, but the way women can treat each other, that's just scary.
