Nahi kyunki jab salman ne deer ko mara tha us time waha pe Tabu,Saif,Neelam bhi the phir un sabko kyu nahi punishment mila.Agar law bana hai to sab ko punishment milna chahiye.

Obviously yes. If u killed an animal of protected species and got caught would u not get punished as per provisons of the law. So why should Salman Khan be an exception. Can u think of one good reason for him NOT getting punishment.

Two, he had been in jail for 14 months. - Fair enough for the offence committed.
Third, he has films in hand of Rs 1000 millions in investment! - Thousands prosper if the films roll out!
Considering these factors the actor shall be relesed with some everlasting penality, that he has to contribute a fixed amount annualy, lifelong for the sanctury of the CINKARAS IN JODHPUR and shall do all that possible by him, on his own, for the cause of protection of endangered species! Definitely this could be the correct and relevant punishment, which he would also accept and follow! This could set also an example as guidance for others to follow on the same issue!
Finally, I would like to ask the only one simple question, why the government could not arrest and jail the forest brigand Sandalwood smuggler Veerappan who killed hundreds of elephants and also hundred forest and police officials, for more than thirty years? Here, the government is silent and has no answer!

No but he should be fined because when the deer was caught ,other stars were also there so why target him ,since killing a helpless,harmless animal is wrong he should definitely made to pay heavy fine but why not the others?
Secondly,we allow people like Soren to go scot free even though they are involved in killing human beings then why target Salman.

yes surely he should get the punishment as he deserves it.Not only salman but even sanju should get punishment as no body is above law if they say like this in our country. Why because he is entertaining u he should not get punishment or because he is a celebrity?is he entertaining u in free?he is charging crores of his ghatiya films and ooljaloola harkaten in the film. if he is not punished i will be the first person to loose faith in our judiciary.

Hell yeah!! Just because he's a celebrity doesn't mean he should get special treatment. He broke the law and needs to get punished for it... As it is, he didn't get any punishment for murdering those poor people he ran over, quite a while back... He deserves to rot in jail...

yes i think he should get punished just because hes famous doesnt mean he can escape the law.
And i think he should take hes punishment because if he walks out scot free then he will lose many fans and hes reputation will go down the drain.
