Oh no....this is a scam....back away.

There is no lottery which will contact you via Email. All they are going to do is transfer YOUR money away from you.

There is no lottery, there is no bank, there is no money. Delete the email and move on.

Trying to find any contact details at banks, especially TSB is impossible. Even if they give you a business card it has the central call office details on.
As for the lottery winnings, sounds like a scam.
