This year is even better than last summer was...we don't wish on the shooting ones...those are prayers for loved ones that have passed on...wishes are for the first one we see in the early evening.

During my years in service, I was able to see the stars in the southern part of the Pacific. You have never seen a sky so beautiful. Yes, I use to make a wish when I saw a shooting star. None ever came true. You are right however, they are beautiful.
