Yes! Today I will be cooking vegetable canneloni (soft cheese filling, with broccoli, pesto and seasoning, in a rich tomato sauce with mushrooms, baby corn and chopped mangetout, plenty of garlic, red onion and a lovely bit of balsamic vinegar, maybe a bit of brown sugar, mmmmmm, smell that sauce...) topped with a sprinkling of cheddar cheese, and garlic bread on the side. Followed by rhubarb pie, served warm with honeycomb and clotted cream icecream. As I'm Cook my dinner guests (boyfriend and best mate) may have to be content with licking the plates!!! And doing the washing up.
