Probably 2 hours or something lame like that. I have a bad habit of snacking while in front of the computer. No wonder I can't seem to lose any weight.

24hrs-I know I'm a loser for doing this, but I was in the middle of a very important research topic and I couldn't pull away because I was afraid that I might never get back to it. I got an A- on it though.

Doctor recommend dont pass more than 4 hour , you could get a blood clots , specially if you stay on a same position, walk change your legs position and more.
