in really good condition. just cant seem to find anyone who could evaluate it.

old newspapers aren't really valuable unless they carry certain headlines of importance. V-Day, The Sinkingof the Titanic etc are all valuable papers. Just a daily paper from 1945 may only be interesting to a collector looking for THAT particular paper.

In addition, with such a collectible, the value doesn't go up with time as other collectibles do. Your value is always perceived by the number of people willing to pay the price you ask. In such cases, it's a buyer's market.
