Its very old (belonged to my grandmother...probably around the late 50's maybe ...early 60's? it is 14k white gold with tiny diamonds around the round face it winds and the diamonds go down the band in a floral pattern then stop half way.

Hi! Elgin made so many styles that it's difficult to tell from a description. There are many on ebay to get an idea and the total weight of the diamonds is what will determine its ultimate value. I've given you a variety of vintage examples as references. If you cannot find it I would just take it to a jeweler for an appraisal. Good luck!
