I would have to pick 3. Although 1 looks good on the surface, I think it is an answer to distract you into thinking about incomplete cleavage (where you get muliple nuclei in the same cytoplasm).

The term "holoblastic" refers to complete division of cell.Hence the answer should be #1
It is axiomatic that complete cleavage would occur when there is no yolk or very little yolk.

It´s no.1. I have never heard of this term but I can look up Merriam Webster´s dictionary. May I suggest that you invest in one too?
