He's deceased now but I know of a comedian who had a character named "Divine," which was the name he usually went by or was at least best known for. You also have the guitarist Slash, some of the Korn members (i.e. "Head" and "Monkey"), Eminem, Elvis seemed to have moved from Elvis Presley to just Elvis over the years, Ludacris, RuPaul, Sting, Penn, Teller, Mr. T(?), HHH, Nelly...
