Do men always find tall women attractive? or intimidated by them?

I am average height n sometimes, I feel very 'small' with the tall ladies. They appear more confident n sophiscated. How can I overcome this negative feelings. My husband is tall n I am about just at his shoulder height.

sweetie pie, no us men really don't mind if a lady is short or tall, men like me like a girl with a great sens of humor, a lovely smile and a pure heart, don't feel intimidated by the tall ones just remember you are unique in every way and that is why your husband married you. my lady is about 1.5 m in length and i love her dearly with all my heart.

Just being tall doesn't make a woman attractive or intimidating. Usually, taller women want men who are taller than they are because they fear what Other people think. They're to insecure to be seen with a guy who's shorter than them. If you can find a nice woman who has the confidence to be with you, go for it. But, don't just assume that any and everyone wants to be with you. No one should have that much confidence in themselves.

The great thing about tall gals (most girls are more shorter than men) is that you're able to do them straight on. Without all the bending and so-forth.

But for the general population, we make do and that's no slam against you or any women of average height (or less).

It depends on the guy, what he likes. If you are shorter , it is probably what he likes anyways. If you feel intimidated , you need to express yourself, by dressing well, acting somewhat sophisticated , when you are around these "confident women"

In short, you may have an inferiority complex where you have difficulty expressing yourself in a situation that you feel intimidated. To fix it, read the first paragraph.

I actually prefer ladies a little shorter than myself. I would consider your relationship perfect, about a head shorter. Not to say tall women are not attractive, it's just personal preference...

I think we look for partners that balance us. My husband finds shorter women sexy-I am 5'4-but that makes me a foot shorter then my husband. Some men do find the tall women sexy-and others find it a turn off.

I don't think anyone's height increases their confidence or sophistication. Actually the women I do know that are taller have a hard time with their height and got picked on for it when they were younger.
The men I've known in my life like when they're girlfriends/wives are smaller than them. It gives them that manly I wanna protect her, cuddle her up and throw her over my shoulder feeling. Tall women freak my husband out for some reason so I'm glad I'm seven inches shorter than him.

i think that most taller women know they can be intimidating to guys as tall guys can be intimidating to women sometimes. I wouldnt worry about it, just think that your shoes, clothes are all easier to find because you are a jolly green giant.. and besides that you have a man... dont worry about it! Im 5'9" and have dated a few women taller than me.. i dont get intimidated by it.

I personally like my woman to be smaller than me and I think most guys are the same. We're supposed to be the protectors, not the protected!
Also, most of the tall women I've encountered try to appear smaller by hunching over..... so they're probably a lot more intimidated by you than you are by them!

I'm 5'11 woman...and throughout dating life it went both ways. My husband is 6'4 and it's great, he was never intimidated by my height, it was usually just the men shorter than me.
but the height isn't an issue...if your husband/bf/wife/gf loves you...then they love you. not your height, you know:)
