That's an interesting question. Hillary would need an entourage to go with her and advise her on what to do. I think the woman is a total puppet and never acts on her own accord.
Her foreign policy is a mystery, her interactions with foreign dignitaries seems minimal, and this would be very interesting to know more of.

It may be a good idea , if it were to be possible, to send all the Republican hopefuls first to Iraq and express their endorsements of the actions being taken by the present government. If the challenge is not acceptable, then ask Hillary to speak out her mind in Iraq.

Let's make her Ambassador to Iraq.
She has all the answers and should be able to get all sides to the peace table within a month.

Given that George W. Bush, an alcoholic, coke-snorting frat boy who had never travelled outside of the U.S., became President, it's hard to see why any stricter criteria should be used to choose a potential Democratic successor.
