I have been feeling pins and needles and jabbing pains (down there) and also as I walk sometimes its like i can feel his little head bounce on my bladder. Just seeing if anyone else is experiencing this, hopefully this means he is dropping. thi sis my first!

yes yes and yes!!!!! I'm 34 weeks on friday, been having all those annoying pains for a few weeks now. This is #2 for me, so Its all familiar (still annoying, but familiar!!!)

I experienced all of those things, from then until now (now is 37 weeks). The jabbing pain is the baby moving it's head down toward your cervix and getting into position. It's normal, and not a sign that anyone is going to make an early appearance so don't worry about that. The bladder thing stinks! I dont know how to get rid of that one, I think you jus tneed to wait it out, but you arent alone! And I have no idea what the pins and needles are. I dont get them often, I've only had that happen probably twice. It seems that it would be caused from poor blood circulation, however I'm not sure if that's true. If it happens frequently, I would ask your Dr. I never bothered since it didn't happen very often at all with me. Congrats and good luck! Only a few more weeks to go!

I haven't had pins and needles but have had pressure on my bladder almost like he is squished into it. Lately what has gotten to me is the tightening in my abdomen. I'm told it is probably BH contractions. It is really uncomfortable. Sorry I couldn't help more. I don't know what it feels like when they drop since this is my first also.

Im 34 weeks and it's all normal! Just settling and probably a little round ligament pain. They say these are the most uncomfortable times next to morning sickness! Hang in there and good luck with your baby!

I did have those same sensations - I don't know if it means he's dropping or not for sure, but he is taking up more room as he is growing a lot right now. It is normal and a little annoying, but in a few short weeks it will be gone.

im 38 weeks now. i had and still have those pains. i asked the doc and she told me it was her head right on top of my cervix caus ethe baby dropped.
