I want to put a mailto: command as a link, but I want it to appear in a paragraph with other "NORMAL" text. Everytime I tried to do this, an error occurred. Could you help? Example:

You can e-mail me at EXAMPLE@HTML.COM and make the e-mail a link in the text.

Use a contact form or you're going to get spammed when you put that email in a link on your site. Bots will pick up that link quick.

Like that one for example.

is all you need - but you will get plenty of spam as soon as the spambots find it (and they will)

Better option is to use a simple mail form script

Text here In the space you need to enter the URL (web address) of the page you want to go too. All web addresses must start with http://

e.g. eBay UK will look like eBay UK

Is this what you want?
