I'd set him straight. One of the things you don't do in life is have "relations" with a friend's partner. (Whether they are still together or not is irrelevant. There are some things you just don't do.)
I would let him know that it would be in his best interest to keep it in his pants and away from me. I mean, being flirty with someone is one thing.....and we all like to know that we're desired by someone other than our partner. But once that fact is established, that should be it. Nothing more. If he doesn't get the hint, then I would definitely say something to my friend---directly in front of the dumb*ss!

That's a hard question!
I once had a friend's partner make a pass at me. We'd all been out and we shared a taxi home. They dropped me off first and he left the taxi to make sure a got in my apartment OK which I thought was a considerate gesture until he tried to kiss me! I pushed him away and got in my apartment and locked the door. The next day asked a mutual friend for advice and she said I should tell our friend about her boyfriend's actions. I didn't get the chance because the mutual 'friend' beat me to it. The boyfriend phoned me and begged me to say that I'd been mistaken because we'd all had a drink that night. He apologised and said that he loved his girlfriend (they were engaged by the way) and didn't want to lose her. In the end I caved and when his girlfriend contacted me I said that I'd been mistaken. To be honest I could tell by her tone that she didn't believe that her precious boyfriend could do such a thing so I allowed myself to be the baddie.
That was a huge mistake because everyone thought I was a right trouble-causer!
All I can advise is TELL THE TRUTH! If he does that sort of thing HE should face the consequences! If she falls-out with you over it then she's not a real mate.
DON'T have any contact with him go straight to your friend. After that the ball's in her court.
Good luck!
P.S they spilt-up six months later when she caught him cheating on her.
I have no contact with her or the other circle of 'friends' from that time. I did see her about two years later. I was in a night club and I saw her in the toilets. I told her that I'd been telling the truth and why I'd changed my story. She still had an attitude over it but I felt better. I should have told the truth at the time and left them to it.

Give the partner the option to tell the friend within a certain time limit or you will tell the friend. If they don't tell the friend then you should tell the friend.

Definitely set the partner straight(by hitting him where it hurts)...and if he didn't stop then tell my friend. She may hate me in the beginning, but maybe it will help her to see some truth.

Either way you will be portrayed as the person that caused the problem. If you tell your friend she or he will blame you. If you say something to the partner and he or she decides to tell there partner you will get blamed for not telling your friend. Either way your screwed. Pick your poison!

Talk to the partner in private. Basically say that you are not interrested and that you dont want to hurt ur friend. If this partner really likes ur friend then they will back off If it still happens talk to your friend. Sounds like a really jerk in anycase

I would let it pass, and wont mention it only because she would forgive him and I would look like the bad one. I would obviously set the record that I dont and never would betray my friend.
