I never saw Rin Tin tin so i can't say anything about him even though i heard that he was an awesome Tv dog star during the 20's or 30's. Saw plenty of Lassie shows & thought the dog was good. Benji was cute but kinda overrated. So i would have to pick Lassie out of the three.

Lassie always made me cry everyweek my dad would come in and i'd be crying and he'd go off on my mom so Lassie was the main one but Benji aka dog on Petticoat Junction was a close 2nd.
