is there gold leaf for t-shirts?

im serching for gold leaf for like t-shirts but cant find it.is there such thing anyways?Im not sure if its done with screen printing.

You probably don't want to use sheets of real gold "leaf" --the kind that comes as very thin, flyaway sheets (often called composition leaf) for washing and drying . . . though I suppose if you sealed it *completely inside, a washable and flexible clear sealer-medium*, it would work.
(Btw, gold leaf is not just for hard surfaces though it's often been sold for gilding wood frames. It's the particular type of adhesive that's used with the leaf that would matter in this case though.)

What you're probably wanting is a gold "foil" instead. Sheets of gold heat transfer foil (also comes in other metallic colors) are sold for using on t-shirts, etc. (They're made from two layers of plastic, not from real metal --the clear layer is peeled off after heating.)
If you're interested in those, check out the t-shirt decorating section of a craft store.

Or of course you could use a metallic acrylic paint... either the type sold "for fabric," or a regular one mixed with a "fabric medium" which just means that it would dry more flexible then regular acrylic to avoid stiffness and possible cracking.

And "gold leaf" or "gold leafing" also comes as a liquid in special pens and markers, etc. Some of those might work for fabric too (or actually be sold for use with fabric).... don't know.

Gold leaf is for hard surfaces, not fabric, but any craft store will have gold-colored fabric paints in a metallic finish that you can use on a shirt.
