As long as the prongs have been removed, or the trigger is no longer being pulled you can touch him. The shock is only delivered when the trigger is being pulled, and the electrodes are still in contact with him.
Any motion afterwards is just muscle twiching in reaction to the nerves being overloaded...

OK this is an easy question. The short answer is yes, do not touch his body. The long answer is the way to ground him and remove the electricity is very useful. First step, get a bagel or donut. Second step, put bagel or donut on his quivering body. Third step, sniff the air until you can smell warm donut or toasted bagel. At this point he should be discharged. Fourth step, eat warm bagel or donut before they get cold - bf won't go anywhere. Fifth step, wake bf with gentle loving shakes, he will be ok but won't remember who you are.

No - unlike an electrical source with a cable, tazers are independant so once it discharges from his body into the ground, its gone.

You can get shocked even in a rainy there when you shake one's hand. It's all about the surface he's lying on.If the grounding resistance is high, then his body might keep a part of it.For example,a very drain and rocky place.

i dont know the answer to this one, either, Giggle Bear. i geuss youll just have to try it and find out for yourself. however, i strongly suggest that, if you think this might sometime happen, keep a few feet away from him whenever you are in public. pretend not to know him. better yet, try to forget that you do know him, he sounds like bad luck to me.
