I want two minors, because I think they will compliment my degree nicely with the field I plan to go into. I understand I would need to take additional credit hours, thats no problem.

At most colleges yes you can have multiple majors or minors. As long as they allow it and you complete all the needed credits for the minor it shouldn't be a problem. I had two majors which was a lot of work but so far worth the effort. Make sure you talk to the registar to get all your "i"s dotted and "t"s crossed.

Sure- I had a double minor in Spanish and English at one point, to complement my Communications degree.

This depends upon the policies at your particular university, but in most cases, you can do this.
