I am almost 11 weeks. I will be 11 tomorrow. Ive had 3 miscarriages before, and they all happened b4 7 weeks. Plus I have morning sicknessthis time, and ive never had it before. Do you think i could still have a chance to miscarry? I have no bleeding or cramping. I know there is a chance, but how great, this one sounds good. And If you know someone who miscarried later or around 11 weeks did they have bleeding?

When Do Most Miscarriages Happen

Actually MOST of them are early miscarriages that happen before a woman even knows she's pregnant, and end up just seeming like a period. But, beyond that, nearly all miscarriages happen by 12 weeks, though they can happen at anytime. Your chance is getting smaller and smaller by the day and by the end of 12 weeks you will have a 99% chance of carrying your baby to term. Hang in there. :)

Not all miscarriages will produce bleeding right away. Sometimes the baby dies and your body does not recognize it, and it's not discovered until the doctor tries to listen to the heartbeat or does an ultrasound. Eventually a woman in this situation would start bleeding, but they would probably do a d&c first.

You have it made! The majority of miscarriages occur in the first 12 weeks. Morning sickness is actually a good sign, it shows that you have a 'good' amount of the pregnancy hormone. With no signs of a miscarriage and at 11 weeks, I think you're on the right track. I have eight kids. Everyone I know who's had a miscarriage has been less than 9 weeks. Of course none of this should take the place of seeing your doctor and telling everyone that you intend to stay in bed for a few weeks...and too bad for them! Good luck!

hello

well i miscarried at 11 weeks and 3 days. i had no signs at all. i found out when i went to the doctors and the baby had no heartbeat. that was due to chromosones. most miscarriages happen before 14 weeks once you hit that it decreases. if you are having all the symptoms and everything looks good im sure this one will turn out fine :) just try not to panic and take it day by day. if you get worried try and buy a doplar thing to hear the heart beat......you can rent them or buy one......just check to see how soon you can hear the baby. some you can hear sooner and other it takes until 20 weeks or so. im sure everything will be ok my situation was rare and it doesnt happen to everyone. remeber every pregnancy is different and so is every women :) im sure you and your baby are fine

lots of hugs and i wish you the best!

Most miscarriages happen during the first trimester(before 14wks)the rate is about 10-15%. After the first trimester it's only 3%. Right now you are at least 85% in the clear which is great and in a few more weeks you will be 97% in the clear which is fantastic.

Try to relax and take care of your self. It sounds like this pregnancy is going well.

Most happen before 12 weeks - I don't know what the stats are on when in that 12 weeks most occur but I think the further along you are the better your chances. Out of all my friends that have had miscarriages all occured before 9 weeks.

the best chance of miscarriage is in your first trimester. (before 13 weeks) it sounds like you are having a great pregnancy now. and i know the past is scary but try to stay at ease. stress is no good for you right now. miscarriages are tough but there is nothing you can do to stop it. and with you being at 11 weeks the chances of you havng another is slimming by the week. please just relax and enjoy your pregnancy i would hate to see you so stressed that you miss some of the special times while pregnant. good luck to you hon and my thoughts and prayers are with you and your baby. god bless

There's no gaurantee that after a certain amount of time you won't miscarry. It could happen at any time. Just be extra alert to your body and see your doctor immediately if something abnormal should happen. It's also important for you to be as stress-free as possible so take good care of yourself. Good luck with everything, I wish you all of the best and hope to hear about your healthy baby in a few months.

Most women, if they are going to miscarry, do so before 13wks. So, you're almost there...hang in there...hopefully this will be a very good pregnancy. Eat well, drink plenty of fluids, take your vitamins, exercise, and get some rest. Good luck.

after 10 weeks your chance drops to less than 5%, so feel good. I can't tell you it will not happen, I lost a baby at 19 weeks with no warning. But if you have made it thia far then its likely you will have a sucessful pregnancy. Good luck and God Bless!
