Miniature rose plants are hardy, it should come back in the spring.
" These small roses are winter-hardy, including the decorative plants you find in florist shops or grocery stores. Miniature roses and shrub roses are the two most winter-hardy roses you can grow..."

If you are planting a rose outdoors that has been used as an indoor plant, it needs to be hardened off. Let it adjust to the outdoors over a week's time... leaving it outdoors a little longer each day. Then plant the rose in a sunny bed prepared with good garden soil and compost. If the plant is dry, soak it for several hours before planting. They may dry out faster then larger roses, so keep them moist but not soggy.
Good luck! Hope this helps.

Yes- put it outside but bring it back in for the winter- the freeze may kill it because it is a dwarf species.
