There's a liqueur in Norway called Akevit, which tastes disgusting. I compared the flavour to that of earwax, although I confess I've never actually tried earwax. Now my wife thinks I'm even more sick than she originally thought....

I must confess to trying nose bogeys and ear-wax as a child.
Also those crinkly bits found in the corner of an eye in the morning. Disgusting, I know !
However I am unfamiliar with the Norwegian liqeur.
If it is anything like ear-wax, it would be wise to avoid it.
Anyway, something called "Akevit" sounds more for use on piles. A bit like "Dunfermaline", it should be applied as an ointment, and not visited.
There is a village in this county called "Nasty". Perhaps that is where all the ear-wax ends up.
I am sure that your good wife loves you for your sense of humour.

I would have to say yes, I went through this put anything in mouth phase when I was 7 so I know what is taste like, but I don't know how to describe it. go buy a box of birdie bots every flavor beans, you can get them at Candie shops, they come really close to the flavor, but don't eat the vomit ones they come to close for comfort there.

Yes, I've made the mistake of scratching in my ear and then putting my finger near my mouth. I wouldn't even attempt to drink anything that tasted like it!

nope. But I have an aunt that comes to you and sticks her finger in your ear, takes you earwax and smells it. she used to do that to me when I was a little girl, and to everyone that she would catch.

no i dont know, but ive been guilty of similar things saying something tastes like a certain 4 letter word or comparing something to the taste of frogspawn and i havent really tried those things
