Assuming you have a camera, either early morning or late afternoon.
Most digital cameras have a setting for blue sky/ landscape and I have found this the best setting to use. Take both close up and overall shots.
Fill the frame with the points of interest you want to show.
Mow the lawn before, making sure the edges and fencline are neat, clean and tidy.

Well if you don't own a camera/digital is best.
Purchase one and then take a picture.
