Finally a decent question worth reading and answering versus the same old stuff over and over again.
Actually, I am just as secure now as when I started reading this YA site months ago.
Sure, my wife and I have some issues, but not near like the things going on here. The amount of cheating going on is very sad. I guess fortunately we are so busy with everyday life, neither of us has time for that!

It doesn't effect me one way or the other. This is just where people tell about their experience but doesn't mean it's the norm. Each marriage is different. Nothing personal to anyone, but just think about it - they are strangers so how do you know any of it is true. I believe a majority are but I'm sure there are some that just tell tales to get people riled up and probably just have a vivid imagination. Take the advice, if you think it will work in your situation, use it. If not, do what you think is best in your own personal situation. Just because you read a lot of horror stories about marriage on here, there are millions more that have wonderful and fulfilling marriages. If your marriage is going to work, you and your spouse are responsible for it, no one else. Don't be a worry wart, treat every problem as if it was the first, and it will all work out!!!!

It is hard to read some of this stuff. I find it has helped me more than anything, but I am one that has been cheated on. It helps to know there are others which have been in the same situation. Don't feel insecure, it just makes you think a little bit. Not everyone is like this. Hope yours is good. GOOD LUCK!!!

Great question. After reading about all of the lying and cheating it really upsets me. It makes me wonder why people do such things to each other. Is there any loyalty and caring left in this world? Also - why do so many people let their spouses and BF or GF treat them the way they do? I would rather be alone than to deal with some of this stuff!!!

Good topic...I feel so blessed to not have to deal with the kinds of things that are going on in this world. It also makes me so sad to read of the lack of morals and values so many have. Then of course, the poor children, that are drug from relationship to relationship or parents choosing a b/f or g/f over their kids. I also feel bad for so many kids who ask questions on here that are being raised by parents who are so selfish and do not seem to have a clue.
Good luck!

Take the information you have read and learn from it. Make sure you discuss with your partner that all of us, at one time or another, could feel some sort of attraction to another person; it is normal. When you realize we are all human and vulnerable, you will be able to deal with any situation and stay true to your marriage and your vows.

Wow, i thought i was the only one that happened to, i find myself always wondering about my husband now and i never used to worry about it. i know i have nothing to worry about but i can't help but think that is what alot of people were thinking when they got cheated on. I guess no one is really safe LOL I never realized how many people cheat and hurt each other in this world until reading all the posts on here....i try to not let it bother me and my relationship but it is still hard. so to answer your question yes it has made me totally insecure and i don't know why but i can't seem to stop reading YA LOL good luck to you and all of us insecure people!

I was thinking the same thing last night. After reading on here how many people run around on their better half I was wondering how it effects everyone else. Great question. I decided though I am not going to start looking in every corner of my hubby's life or pick up on all the negativity on here.....

great point, i felt like this since i have problems in my marriage already, it made me think we just dont have a chance when i read whats going on in the world out there. but then again you have to look at this way, happy people most likely wouldnt be on here...what should they ask about? think about happy good couples you know and dont let this get to you.

yep, know how you feel.in a way i wish that id never started reading them, from questions about men leaking in their pants"only"when they are aroused...that put me on a 2 day psycotic episode accusing my husband of getting turned on at work,i even got my neighbour accusing her bf on that one!
to all the affairs, and the men saying that even though they love their wifes they are thinking of leaving because they cant live with the nagging....its been a real eyeopener and a bit of an emotional rollercoaster.
